• 6 Hour Cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is 6 hours, we have this in place due to the limited spaces we have in our classes. If you know you will not be able to make a class, cancel accordingly. Please understand we need to have this policy in place, so other clients do not miss out on classes, however we are willing to make exceptions to unforeseen illness or circumstances.

• All classes purchased are non-refundable.

• All class blocks have an expiration of 3 months, the expiration date cannot be extended.

• Please wear appropriate clothing to classes. Be mindful of loose tops and shorts that may gape. For example, loose fitting shorts might be best worn with tighter bike pants or compression tights underneath.

• Mobile phones are to be put on silent.

• It is best to wear minimal jewellery, make up / moisturiser / skin products to ensure our equipment stays in tip top condition.

• Grip Socks aren’t mandatory but recommended to be worn in Reformer classes. Grippy socks are available to purchase at the studio for $16.95.

• Out of consideration for the trainer, other clients and your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for class, the trainer may not let you train at their discretion.

• Owner and/or trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons at their discretion. They also have the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

• You must be 16 years of age to attend our classes. Children cannot be left in the reception area of the studio while you attend classes. PIYO staff can ask you to leave the class or studio if this policy is breached. 

• Introductory Offer Terms: The Offer is only available to New Clients of PIYO Studios and excludes current clients.

To claim the Offer, Participants must:

• Register an account and select “Buy Intro Offer”;
• Purchase the Introductory Offer; and
• Sign or complete any required waivers and documentation provided.

– Offer is limited to one per Participant.

– All classes must be redeemed within 14 days from the date of the first class booking. Any classes not used within the 14-day period will be forfeited.

– Offer is available to use for standard group classes (excludes private classes).

– Offer is non-refundable nor transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or products.

• You can only attend the ‘Dynamic Reformer’ class until you are 12 weeks pregnant after that you can attend the ‘Essentials Reformer’, the pre and post-natal classes as well as Yin Yoga.

• Classes are not transferable to another individual and cannot under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the class, they will be turned away from the class – or asked to create an account and purchase their own classes.

• Code of conduct: In the studio, you agree to:

– Use all equipment with care and as instructed by the trainer

– Respect and follow directions given by the trainer at all times

– Not disrupt the class or threaten the environment in any way

– Be respectful and courteous to other people in the class including the trainer.

– PIYO has the right to remove you from the class and not allow you to return to the studio (in which case you will be refunded the remainder of any credits) if in their opinion you breach the above. 

• Liability Waiver: By booking into classes at PIYO studios you agree that:

– PIYO is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

– PIYO does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a PIYO staff member who will try and assist you. 

– Classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with the full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

– You, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives fully release PIYO Studios (and its associated entities, members, employees and contractors) from any claim, loss, damage or expense of any kind including in relation to personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, occurring at PIYO studios or elsewhere, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
