We specialise in group Reformer and barre classes.
If you are healthy with no major injuries, we offer group classes for beginner to advanced movers. Our group classes are small, ensuring you still get the attention you deserve.
Essentials Reformer
These classes are designed for everyone, whether you’re new to Pilates, its been a while since you used a Reformer or are a more experienced practitioner who wants to fine-tune their current practice. In this class you will learn how to work with the Reformer, be educated on proper techniques, all while discovering that your body is capable of more than you think. We provide progressions and regressions with clear instruction to cater for all levels.
PF (Pregnancy Friendly)
Dynamic Reformer
These classes take Reformer moves that everyone knows and loves and turns it up a notch for those who want to get results faster. We push harder, we hold longer, and you will be challenged with more resistance, more reps and more advanced movement. With the use of various props there will always be the variety you need to keep shocking your body and to keep you guessing whats next!
(Not suitable for those with major injuries, new clients or during pregnancy unless consulting your instructor prior).
Pre and Post-natal Reformer
Have a baby or growing a baby? Congratulations!!!
These classes are designed to keep you active to full term, and once your baby arrives. With a focus on gentle muscle strengthening, improving balance, guided breath work and finding the balance between ensuring you feel strong whilst also making sure you don’t put pressure or strain on your body in a way that isn’t safe during and after pregnancy. Come on your own or feel free to bring your bub and something soft for your baby to lay on as well as anything else they need; pram, rocker, jingling toys etc. This class is suitable for babies up to 12 months old.
*Post-natal client must have clearance from their medical professional to commence exercise after birth.
